Growing up, I was always tinkering with clay, fabric, and scraps. Along the way, I filled up dozens of journals and designed little web blogs (very much a child of the internet). Writing became my medium, and I pursued an undergraduate degree in Communication and English to take it further.

From there, I worked across agency and corporate settings in content-forward design teams. Working alongside other creative professionals taught me how much goes into telling a good story beyond the writing itself.

Purdue came next, and it nurtured all my interests at once, from writing and designing to deep research.
